I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my Tracelo account associated with the email address luigid***@icloud.com and an unauthorized charge on my bank account. On 19/01/2026 I noticed a charge of 0.62 € from Tracelo on my bank account, which I never authorised. Today I requested the cancellation of my Tracelo account and the deletion of my data, but when I tried to close the account the system asked me for a reason and then replied that my reason was “not valid”, effectively preventing me from cancelling the account. This situation makes me very worried about the security of my bank account, because a service that I am trying to leave has already taken money without my clear consent and is now blocking me from closing the account. I have already tried to contact you for this matter but I have not received a concrete solution. I therefore request the immediate and definitive cancellation of my Tracelo account linked to the email address indicated above, the complete deletion of all my personal data from your systems, a full refund of the 0.62 € incorrectly charged on 19/01/2026, and a written confirmation once the account has been closed and the refund processed. Until this situation is resolved, I also ask you to ensure that no further charges are made to my bank account.
