On 01/09/2025, my credit card was charged 49.99₺ by Tracelo, even though I have no membership, subscription, or connection with this company. Today, another attempt of 949₺ was made under the transaction description “Tracelo com acces,” but it failed because I had already blocked my card for online purchases.
These two transactions are the only activity linked to Tracelo, and I never authorized them. For security reasons, I had to disable my card for internet use. I have not yet been able to contact Tracelo customer service, but this situation is unacceptable.
I demand:
A full refund of the unauthorized 49.99₺ charge,
Immediate cancellation of any membership or account that may have been fraudulently opened under my name,
A clear explanation of how these transactions were carried out without my consent.
Consumers should not be forced to deal with fraudulent charges from companies they have never signed up with. I expect Tracelo to resolve this issue promptly and restore my trust.
