Tracelo, Refund My Money And Stop Debiting My Account

I recently discovered that Tracelo-help.com has been debiting my Mastercard without my consent, even though I do not have and never opened any Tracelo subscription. The charges appear on my account on the 31st of every month in the amount of R146.25, and this has been happening since 1 January 2026. I did not authorize these payments in any way, and this is the first time I noticed the transaction and therefore the first time I am reaching out about it. I am very concerned that my card details are being used without my clear consent. I request that any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name be immediately cancelled and that all unauthorized debits of R146.25 be fully refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details have been removed from your systems and that no further charges will be made to my account.
