I unfortunately bought a Joie baby stroller under the Joell brand and I am extremely disappointed. It's quite surprising that this brand is lacking in quality; the stroller has required maintenance four times within a span of six months. Ever since it showed up, it's been nothing but a constant headache. It just keeps breaking, leaving us no choice but to constantly tighten screws to keep it functional. This level of subpar quality is simply not acceptable. I purchased it with the hope of experiencing joy and contentment every day, but unfortunately, it ended up being a major disappointment. I feel like I wasted the money I spent. I kindly request a full refund, or I may consider taking legal measures.
