Chicco Baby Car Seat Damaged, No Customer Service Support



I am writing to complain about a damaged Chicco baby car seat that I purchased online. The product arrived with the newborn insert's side support cushions crushed.
The box was also damaged, suggesting that the product was mishandled during shipping. I contacted Chicco customer service and they said they would look into the issue and get back to me.
However, I have not received any response from them. I am very disappointed with the condition of the product and the lack of customer service from Chicco. I am requesting that Chicco send me a replacement product or a full refund.
