Chicco Best Friend Stroller Missing Chassis Part Supply Problem

A few months ago, someone stole the frame of my Chicco Best Friend stroller, so I need a replacement part. I called Chicco right away, and they told me they would call the factory to get the part they needed. They told me that I'd hear back from them in two business days. But it's been 20 days and I've heard nothing. I chose Chicco because it has a good reputation for being well-made and having good customer service. Unfortunately, I feel like I've been lied to and ignored because of this. I'm upset that Chicco doesn't acknowledge that they can't find the part or give me any information about how my request is going. Even though I was told to send emails, it looks like my attempts to talk to customer service have also gone unanswered. I'm writing to you because I need help getting the missing chassis part for my Chicco Best Friend stroller. I'm hoping you can take care of this quickly and help me get what I need.
