I regularly play chess on Chess.com, but I’ve encountered ongoing issues that are both frustrating and unfair. My points are being deducted without justification, and despite reporting these problems multiple times, no action has been taken to resolve them.
I’ve also noticed instances of cheating during games. Even when I bring this up, Chess.com fails to provide any explanation or resolution. For such a prominent platform, it’s disappointing that they do not address player complaints or take action against clear unfairness.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am asking Chess.com to urgently investigate and resolve these issues. As a loyal player, I expect fairness and responsiveness from the platform to ensure a positive experience.
