I’ve encountered a frustrating issue on Chess.com where opponents are using pawns as if they were queens. This seems to be a bug, and it’s happening more frequently—about one in every three games I play. When I confront these players about it, they deny any cheating, but the problem persists.

This bug is ruining the gameplay experience and needs urgent attention from Chess.com. Either the accounts exploiting this issue should be permanently banned, or the bug itself must be resolved immediately. As a loyal player, I expect fair play and reliable mechanics on the platform. Chess.com, please take this issue seriously and implement a fix as soon as possible to ensure a better experience for all users.
