Chery Tiggo 7 Pro “PLG Communication Lost” Error

For the past three days, my Chery Tiggo 7 Pro has been displaying a “PLG communication lost” error, and because of this error, I am unable to open the trunk. Even though the vehicle is still under warranty and all periodic maintenance has been performed at authorized service centers, encountering such a problem has been very concerning.

I have not yet contacted the Izmir HMT Chery authorized service regarding this issue, but I would like to receive clear and detailed information about what is causing this problem and how it can be fixed. I also request that the malfunction be permanently resolved under warranty and that the trunk be restored to proper working condition.

I kindly ask that the necessary inspections be carried out, that I be properly informed about the issue, and that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
