Chery Delivered a Defective Car With Poor Service and Misleading Info

I bought a brand new car from Chery Konya dealer Atsan in October. There were marks on the metal parts of my brand new car that didn’t go away when wiped. I told them I wouldn’t sign the delivery documents with the car in this condition, but they told me the invoice had already been issued, they had to take the car, and there was nothing they could do about this mistake. I was forced to take the car as is. They didn’t even give me the red gift bag when I bought the car, they just put it on afterward. I let this issue go without further discussion. When my car reached 3,000 km, I called the service to make an appointment for a check-up, and they confirmed this call in their records. However, they said there was no maintenance required at 3,000 km and that I should return at 5,000 km. When I went for the 5,000 km check-up, I mentioned the crooked steering wheel I had noticed since I bought the car. They told me there was a problem with the wheel alignment, which was free up to 3,000 km, but since the car had 5,000 km, they asked for ₺2,500 (much higher than the market price) for the wheel alignment. I was never informed about this 3,000 km alignment warranty, and when I called for an appointment, I was told there was no maintenance for 3,000 km. Atsan, who delivers a brand new vehicle with defects and tells you to take it as is, scored another goal by not giving me an appointment for the 3,000 km maintenance and claiming there is a 3,000 km alignment warranty at 5,000 km. Had I known about this warranty at 3,000 km, I would have had it fixed then, as I noticed the issue the day I bought the car. Although I am very satisfied with the vehicle, the brand’s high quality is overshadowed by poor service and excessive costs. If Atsan and similar dealers continue to treat customers this way, I foresee a decline in Chery’s sales. According to the WhatsApp groups for the brand's users, many people share similar dissatisfaction with the services. I hope Chery finds new services and dealers that prioritize customer satisfaction over profit.
