Today, I faced a frightening situation with my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro that nearly turned into a catastrophe. As I was coming back from school with my kids, light snow started to fall, and out of nowhere, the brakes became stiff and unresponsive. Despite my best efforts, the car refused to decelerate. In a moment of sheer panic, I had no option but to collide with a garbage container to halt the vehicle—if I hadn’t, we would have plunged directly into the stream. This incident was incredibly disturbing, particularly with my kids in the car. This kind of braking failure is utterly unacceptable for any vehicle, especially one designed to ensure safety.
