Chegg Charges After Cancellation, Can't Stop Payments
I signed up for Chegg for a month and then quickly ended my subscription. Even after canceling, I was still charged for another month. Following that, I closed my account, but they are still charging my credit card. Am I committed to a lifetime subscription without being aware of it? We need to address this right away. Despite disabling online transactions on my credit card, I continue to receive notifications about missing payments. Which payment are they referring to? I even went to the extent of deleting my account! This seems like a contemporary version of a robbery on the road. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will need to consider invoking consumer rights. I've had it up to here!
