Charged After Cancelling Chegg Subscription - Request for Refund
I subscribed to Chegg.com in June and canceled my subscription within the first month. Despite canceling, I was charged again in August. I did not reactivate my subscription, so I don’t understand why I’m being charged without my consent. I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge. Please resolve this issue and ensure that no further charges are made to my account.
