I subscribed to Chegg, but after a month, my membership was canceled without my request, and the site prompted me to subscribe again. When I tried using the same payment method, it was declined. I then paid with a different card on May 14, only for my subscription to be canceled again on May 29. I registered a third time with a new email and the same payment method, but my account was canceled yet again just two days later. They claim it’s due to a security issue, but they don’t explain the exact reason. Additionally, I still haven’t received refunds for the two payments, even though five days have passed since the May 24 payment. I’m hesitant to subscribe again since I keep paying only to have my subscription canceled. I’m in the middle of exam week, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress. Please help resolve this!
