Chegg Charging My Account Despite Subscription Cancellation
Chegg has continued to charge my account even though I canceled my subscription and did not renew it. The money was taken without my consent, and when I tried to contact them to address this issue, I was told that the email account I used does not exist. Additionally, the response time for questions is often very long, and the service isn’t worth the cost. I canceled my subscription precisely to avoid further charges, so I don’t understand why or how they took the money. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges. Please resolve this issue immediately.
