Chegg Charged Me Monthly Without My Consent Due to Email Mix-Up

My Chegg.com subscription was auto-renewed on May 13, 2023, without my knowledge or approval. Since then, ₺129.99 has been deducted from my card every month for a service I haven’t used.

The issue started when the app associated my subscription with a different email address—one that I didn’t authorize. Because of this incorrect email, I’ve been unable to cancel the subscription myself. I reported the issue to Chegg support, but no refund was issued, and the problem remains unresolved.

I should not be charged for a service I never used or even accessed. I expect a full refund for all unauthorized charges and a proper correction of the email mismatch. I’m asking Chegg to resolve this matter immediately and stop billing me for an account I didn’t agree to.
