I Paid for Chatradar but Got Nothing in Return—App Doesn’t Work at All

I downloaded the Chatradar app after paying ₺600, expecting a functional and helpful service. Unfortunately, the app turned out to be a complete disappointment. It wouldn’t even allow me to log in properly. The interface is poorly designed, the system is unstable, and it feels more like a scam than a real service.

There was no value in what I paid for—I received no usable features, no meaningful access, and no support. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend that kind of money only to be left with a broken, non-working application.

I feel misled and taken advantage of. I am filing a formal complaint and demanding a full refund. This app should be removed from the store immediately before it deceives more users. Chatradar must take accountability and return my ₺600 right away.
