Scannero Took ₺1,660 After an Initial ₺33.50 Charge Without My Consent

Hello, I initially paid ₺33.50 to use the Scannero service. But shortly after, I was shocked to see that ₺1,660 was also withdrawn from my account without any warning or approval. The service didn’t even work as promised, and I received no benefit from it.

Why was I charged such a large amount for something that didn’t function? I never authorized this second transaction, and I feel completely deceived. There was no clear explanation or consent process for the ₺1,660 charge.

I am demanding a full refund immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will file an official criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office. This is not acceptable. I also request a call from customer service to explain and resolve the situation directly.
