I Got Charged by Chatradar Despite the App Not Working Properly

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Chatradar. Not only does this app fail to function properly or deliver the services it promises, but it has also been charging me a daily subscription fee without my consent. Over time, a total of ₺1,349.85 was withdrawn from my mobile line, and I only noticed after checking my billing history.

This is completely unacceptable. A non-working application has no right to charge users—especially when the charges occur without clear warning or user approval. There is no professionalism in how this app operates. It’s deceptive, unethical, and feels like a deliberate attempt to profit from user confusion or neglect.

I demand a full refund of the ₺1,349.85 charged. It is not just unfair but potentially illegal to charge for services that were not provided. I expect the company to take responsibility, stop further charges immediately, and issue a prompt refund. Otherwise, I will escalate this to consumer protection authorities.
