I Want a Refund from Chatradar for Repeated Charges on an Unused Subscription

Chatradar has been withdrawing money from my account even though I’ve never used the app properly. I initially installed it, but due to errors and failed attempts to use its features, I stopped trying altogether. Despite this, the subscription somehow continued, and charges were repeatedly deducted from my account without any notification or consent.

I never got any real service out of this app. It was full of bugs and unusable from the beginning, yet the subscription remained active, silently draining my account. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand that all withdrawn funds be refunded to my account immediately. Charging people for a service that doesn’t function is both unethical and exploitative. I expect Chatradar to review my account and take responsibility for these unauthorized charges. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through formal consumer protection channels.
