Unauthorized "Play Kids Learning Prime Video" Charges Debited From Chase Card
I do not have an Amazon Prime or Kids Learning subscription, yet I have been charged for a service called “play kids learning prime video” through my Amazon account. While checking my Chase credit card yesterday, I noticed that these charges have been occurring since March, for a total of $50.58. When I go into my Amazon account under Prime Video and try to manage subscriptions, it shows that I do not have any active subscription, but I can clearly see these Kids Learning/Prime Video charges reflected on my card. I tried to contact Amazon customer service by phone, but before I could speak with anyone, I was told a security code would be texted to my phone. I never received the code, even though the phone number listed on my Amazon account is correct, so I have been unable to reach support or verify my account. Due to the suspicious and unwanted recurring charges, I have also cancelled my Chase card. I request that the “play kids learning prime video” subscription or any related Kids Learning/Prime Video service be permanently cancelled from my account and that the full amount of $50.58 charged since March be refunded to me.
