Charlotte Tilbury Left My Parcel at the Wrong Address and Refuses to Refund
Charlotte Tilbury's service really irritates me. I ordered anticipating it to come on February 12th, but instead the parcel ended up thrown at the door of an arbitrary apartment complex not even mine. Although Charlotte Tilbury declines to accept responsibility or offer a refund, the delivery photo shows it was left in front of a rather different building. How is this permissible? Common sense tells us that a package should be delivered to the right recipient rather than left haphazardly. Should businesses fail to guarantee correct delivery, they should at least own their errors rather than have consumers hunt after missing goods. Really horrible!
