Charlotte Tilbury Delayed My Order and Gave No Updates or Apology

I had among the worst customer service encounters I have ever had. After already waiting the whole delivery period given on the website, I contacted Charlotte Tilbury to inquire about my order and was informed it hasn't even been dispatched yet. And the sole response I received? "Just wait still another five days." Not updates, not apologies, not explanations; simply a total lack of responsibility. Their service for a brand that markets pricey goods is really poor. Should there be a delay, shouldn't you at least let clients know instead of making them pursue you for solutions? It's just another greedy business that just values your money rather than offering good service. ashamed and disheartening!
