Rituals Sent Me a Faulty Product and I Can’t Get a Refund or Customer Support
I placed an order and received a faulty product, but trying to reach Rituals customer service has been an absolute night...mare. There is no apparent approach to get in touch with them—no live chat, no appropriate phone assistance, nothing! Every time I attempted phoning their supposedly customer suppo
