Rituals Sold Me a Used Half-Empty Product and Ignored My Complaint
Expecting it to be completely new, I purchased a product in-store but opened it to see that someone had used and returned it. The product was half empty, the wrapper was destroyed, and it was abundantly not in sellable condition. How then did this find its way back onto the shelves? I tried right away to get Rituals customer assistance, but that was a total waste of time. I emailed contact forms with pictures, phoned several times without success, and received no reply. Then, without their even addressing the matter, I receive an email stating my case has closed out of nowhere! I now find myself caught with a product that ought never to have been marketed at all. Rituals has to treat events like these seriously since it is unacceptable.
