Rituals Sent Me a Faulty Product and I Can’t Get a Refund or Customer Support

I placed an order and received a faulty product, but trying to reach Rituals customer service has been an absolute nightmare. There is no apparent approach to get in touch with them—no live chat, no appropriate phone assistance, nothing! Every time I attempted phoning their supposedly customer support line, they just hung up on me. looked over their website, but getting in touch an actual person is not easy. Though nope—nothing there either—thought perhaps they might have assistance on Messenger or WhatsApp! Does a brand this large lack appropriate customer service? It is more than just unprofessional. If they really cared about their clients, they would find simple answers to problems. Rather, they simply leave you stranded with a defective good.
