Chanel and Bvlgari Perfumes From Antalya Duty Free Had No Scent at All

On August 9, 2025, I purchased a total of four perfumes from the Duty Free store at Antalya Airport International Terminal 2. These included one Chanel Eau Splendide for €120 and two Bvlgari perfumes for a total of €190.

To my shock and disappointment, all of the perfumes I purchased turned out to be completely scentless. Despite paying a high price, the products had no fragrance whatsoever, which is absolutely unacceptable for luxury brands like Chanel and Bvlgari.

I reached out to both the store and customer service, but no solution or assistance was offered to me. As a long-time customer who trusted the duty free shopping experience, I feel extremely let down by this situation.

I am demanding that I either receive the authentic original products or a full refund of the amount paid. I expect Antalya Duty Free to resolve this matter urgently and to restore trust in the shopping experience at their stores.
