On November 8, 2023, I purchased the Dyson Gen5 vacuum. Despite my limited usage due to work and travel during this period, I found myself compelled to contact the service center 5-6 times. As evident in the images, it's unfathomable how a product can be both expensive and constructed from such low-quality materials. The entire vacuum, including the main body, is unbelievably scratched. While it's natural for the vacuum to have contact with other items, the rapid and unacceptable deformation of the material is beyond comprehension. Products purchased at one-third of this price don't deteriorate to this extent even after years of use.

Since the day of purchase, I've been experiencing an issue with the sponge on the laser-guided brush head, yet the problem remains unresolved. The product is present, but spare parts are unavailable. In short, I regret buying the Dyson vacuum and am requesting a refund.
