Arçelik TKM9961B Coffee Maker Stain Issue
I purchased a TKM9961B coffee maker on August 18, 2022, and the paint underneath the pots has started to peel off. I've always cleaned the pots with a damp cloth and never used a dish sponge. Despite the warranty period not expiring, the authorized service center in Yenişehir/Bursa, Arçelik, refused to replace the defective pots, citing "Consumer Error" on the product. I've been using this product for over a year and have been extremely satisfied. However, it's unacceptable for a premium product we paid a high price for to be returned to the customer without replacing the faulty paint, labeled as "Consumer Error." As a customer of Turkey's largest white goods manufacturer, known for its premium segment products, I demand that they stand behind their product and replace the pots with defective paint. Attached are photos of the pots, invoice, and service receipt.

I was called by Arçelik customer service, and they said they would redirect me to the service again regarding the issue. However, no one has called yet, and my problem has not been resolved.
