I purchased a product from Trendyol's online store for ₺37,490.00 on December 27, 2023. However, as of January 16, 2024, the item has not yet reached me. The logistics company Ceva has failed to deliver the product due to its technical equipment shortcomings. Despite my lack of request, the driver could not unload the product from the vehicle and, disrespectfully, stated, 'Call someone with a forklift to unload it, brother. If you want it, have someone come and get it from the truck, or else, I'll leave.' As a result, without our knowledge, Ceva initiated a return process for the product.
No contact has been established with Trendyol and Ceva regarding this matter. As customers, we have been left in distress. The product's price has increased on the website. Despite not fault our part, Trendyol Customer Service informed us that we could place a new order at the updated price of ₺47,750.00. This resulted in an additional charge of ₺10,260.00 unfairly imposed on us. We are lodging a complaint against Trendyol and Ceva regarding this issue.
