On 31/08/2025, I completed a 29-question IQ test with shapes on Myiq.com. To see my results, I was asked to pay around 47₺, which I did via credit card. At no point during the payment process was there any clear information about a subscription or additional charges.
To my shock, after completing the payment, I discovered that 1,300₺ had been withdrawn from my account. This was done without my approval, without proper disclosure, and without any consent to a recurring subscription. When I attempted to reach customer service, I received no response at all.
This is a highly misleading and unfair practice. I demand a full refund of the 1,300₺ that was wrongfully taken and immediate cancellation of any hidden subscription tied to my account. Furthermore, Myiq.com must provide clear and transparent information to users about payment terms to prevent others from falling victim to the same deceptive system.
