MyIQ Charged Me $38 Without Authorization After $1 Test

On February 3, 2026, at around 5:55 PM, I noticed that $38 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card by a website called MyIQ, even though I had previously paid only $1 for an IQ test. I did not give any authorization for this charge, nor did I purchase any additional membership or subscription.

Although the transaction currently appears to be a one-time charge, the unauthorized use of my card information has caused me both financial and emotional distress and has seriously undermined my trust. I would like to receive a clear explanation for this unauthorized withdrawal made through MyIQ and request that all records related to this transaction be thoroughly reviewed.

I am demanding a full refund of the $38 that was charged without my consent. I also request that any memberships or subscriptions that may have been created under my name or email address through MyIQ be completely canceled. No further charges should be made without my knowledge or approval, my card information must be removed from your systems, and I ask that I be provided with written confirmation regarding these actions.
