On February 3, 2026, at around 5:55 PM, I noticed that $38 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card by a website called MyIQ, even though I had previously paid only $1 for an IQ test. I did not give any authorization for this charge, nor did I purchase any additional membership or subscription.
Although the transaction currently appears to be a one-time charge, the unauthorized use of my card information has caused me both financial and emotional distress and has seriously undermined my trust. I would like to receive a clear explanation for this unauthorized withdrawal made through MyIQ and request that all records related to this transaction be thoroughly reviewed.
I am demanding a full refund of the $38 that was charged without my consent. I also request that any memberships or subscriptions that may have been created under my name or email address through MyIQ be completely canceled.
