About a month ago, I purchased CeraVe Foaming Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin from a pharmacy in Kayseri during a promotional discount campaign (₺120 off). I decided to try it for the first time since I had been using a different brand before, and I trusted CeraVe’s reputation.
However, from the very first day I started using it, I experienced severe irritation on my skin. My face turned red, became inflamed, and I developed large breakouts. The cleanser did not properly clean my skin, and every time I washed my face with it, the redness and irritation kept coming back.
So far, I have not contacted the pharmacy or CeraVe customer service. As of today, I have completely stopped using the product. I am requesting that the brand take responsibility and ensure that necessary adjustments are made so that this cleanser does not cause such harmful effects on the skin.
