Cerave Foaming Cleanser Caused Breakouts and Skin Irritation

I purchased the Cerave Foaming Cleanser from a pharmacy, but it caused severe breakouts, including both cystic acne and comedones. Additionally, my cheeks started burning after using the product. Despite all the praise for Cerave products, I’ve had a disappointing and painful experience with this cleanser.

Given the high price I paid, I expected much better results, but I’m left with irritated skin and frustration. I’m requesting an explanation from a representative regarding these issues, as I’ve never had this reaction before. I hope to receive a prompt response, as this situation is unacceptable.
