Cashwin Canceled My Bonus Winnings Without Justification and Ignored Support Requests

I claimed the 250₺ trial bonus on Cashwin, played fairly, and managed to turn it into 10,000₺. Everything seemed fine, and when I contacted support, they were very polite and encouraging. They even suggested that I try withdrawing 2,000₺ first and explained how I could benefit from future deposits.

However, just five minutes later, my entire balance was wiped out without warning. They suddenly claimed I had an account under the name "M*"**, which I had never heard of, and said I was not eligible for the bonus. To make things worse, they banned me from the live chat and completely removed the support option from my account!

I have video evidence of this unfair action. Cashwin must immediately restore my winnings or provide a valid explanation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will escalate my complaint further if necessary.
