On October 4, 2024, I rented a car from Carwiz at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. They charged my credit card for both the rental fee and the deposit, which was expected. However, despite returning the car without any issues, they still haven’t refunded my deposit.
I have tried to call multiple times, but no one answers. I also emailed them, yet they refuse to respond. It feels like they are deliberately delaying the refund, keeping my money without any explanation.
This is completely unacceptable! Carwiz must process my refund immediately instead of ignoring customers. I warn others—be cautious when renting from this company! I expect an urgent resolution!
