I rented a car from Carwiz on October 31, 2024, and returned it on November 7, 2024, without any issues. At the time of renting, I was assured that the €350 (approximately ₺10,000) deposit would be refunded within 12 business days. However, over 30 days have passed, and the deposit still has not been returned to my account. Despite following up, I am left waiting with no resolution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on Carwiz’s business ethics and customer service. I urge others to think twice before renting from Carwiz or Novacar. I demand an immediate refund of my deposit and a proper explanation for this delay.
