Carrefour Store Sells Defected Products And No Customer Service!



I purchased a pair of slippers from the Carrefour Yaşamkent store on June 18, 2024. The band on the slippers after one week. I was 400TRY. When I go to change it, they say we can't have it because you previously wore it. I wear for one week only! I would not recommend the Carrefour brand. They are both expensive and offer no customer service! Even if such a situation arises in a competitor company, they are always refunded. They cannot refuse a refund for one week's used slippers. It is not an inexpensive store.
