Canva charges following a free trial

When I looked into your app's business model, I was very disappointed. I was promised a free 30-day trial of Pro, but instead received an invoice for 134 tl. After spending three days looking for the cancellation section, I was similarly frustrated with the service. After this, I decided it was unethical to ask for payment after providing a free 30-day trial, even though I had considered using the app on a monthly basis. I no longer have faith in your app and therefore will not use it again, regardless of its cost. For these reasons, I cannot endorse this app, as I am confident that others will share my dissatisfaction.
