I am absolutely furious with Canva and your team! I subscribed to your "free" trial, and the moment I did, ₺25 was immediately deducted from my account! This is outrageous. It's explicitly called a "free trial," and it clearly states it's free for 30 days. If you intend to charge users, you should at least have the decency to specify it, instead of deceptively labeling it as free.
You're not honoring your promises, and you're actively victimizing people. Why call it a "free plan" if you're going to make unauthorized charges under that guise? This is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic.
