Canva Charged My Card for a "Free" Trial
I am absolutely furious with Canva and your team! I subscribed to your "free" trial, and the moment I did, ₺25 was immediately deducted from my account! This is outrageous. It's explicitly called a "free trial," and it clearly states it's free for 30 days. If you intend to charge users, you should at least have the decency to specify it, instead of deceptively labeling it as free.
You're not honoring your promises, and you're actively victimizing people. Why call it a "free plan" if you're going to make unauthorized charges under that guise? This is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic.
Canva, I demand an immediate refund of my money! Return the ₺25 you illegally took from my account. Stop deceiving your users with false promises of free trials and operating with such dishonest billing practices.
