Canva Won't Cancel My Trial - Stuck with Google Play

I am absolutely furious with the Canva app! I signed up for a one-month trial package with the understanding it would convert to a paid subscription only if I continued. Now, I want to cancel my subscription, but when I click the cancel option in Canva, it ridiculously redirects me to Google Play!

The problem is, no subscription appears in Google Play either, so I'm completely stuck and can't cancel. If I can't cancel by the 19th, ₺850 will be automatically charged to my account! This is outrageous. I can't find anyone to speak with for help; I'm completely in limbo.

Canva, you need to fix this broken cancellation process immediately! Stop this infuriating loop between your app and Google Play. Ensure my subscription is canceled before the 19th to prevent the unauthorized ₺850 charge, and provide a clear way to manage my subscription.
