On September 25, 2025, I started the Canva Teams free trial under the name “P** Y***** Team.”** However, on the same day, ₺25 was withdrawn from my bank card, and another ₺25 was charged on September 27, 2025, totaling ₺50. My account was still within the free trial period, and I did not activate any paid subscription.
I believe these charges should not have been applied since the plan was clearly labeled as a free trial. I also tried to contact Canva’s sales and support team through their website, but every attempt resulted in the error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” As a result, I was unable to submit a support request.
I am requesting a refund of the ₺50 that was charged during the trial period and ask that no further unauthorized payments be made from my account. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
