I am absolutely furious with Canva! For the past two months, your application has been making unauthorized ₺100 charges to my credit card. When I try to find out why, I'm told "no transaction found." This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright theft.

I demand to cancel this recurring transaction and stop these charges immediately. I'm left completely in the dark, unable to understand why my money is being taken and what I can even do about it. This is a clear breach of trust and a significant financial frustration.

Canva, you need to rectify this immediately! Stop these unauthorized ₺100 charges to my credit card and refund all the money you've taken without my consent. Provide a clear explanation for these charges and ensure they never happen again.
