Canva Charging After Cancellation, No Support Contact Available
Even though I canceled my Canva subscription, the website is still attempting to charge ₺100 from my account. What’s more frustrating is that the price being charged is higher than the amount stated during my original subscription. This problem has been ongoing for about a week, and it started after I canceled my plan.
My account clearly shows that the subscription has been canceled, yet I continue to receive payment requests. I also couldn’t find any contact number or email address for Canva’s customer service on their official website, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone for support.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, that no further payments be processed, and that Canva ensures my canceled subscription is fully deactivated.
