Canva Charged Me Again After I Canceled My Subscription

Canva charged me again for a subscription I had already canceled. Two months ago, I ended the subscription, yet the payment was taken from my account again without my consent. I had even deleted the app from my phone. I double-checked my email and account settings to make sure the cancellation had gone through, and everything showed that it was indeed canceled. Despite this, the renewal still happened, which makes me question how secure and reliable their system is. This is clearly an unauthorized transaction and legally questionable. I am requesting a full refund immediately. How can a subscription that I haven’t renewed for two months suddenly renew itself? I truly hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
