Canva Keeps Charging Me Despite Canceling Subscription

I canceled my Canva subscription last month, yet I was still charged again this month. This is not the first time—I have been dealing with this issue every month despite no longer using the service. I am being charged for a subscription I do not want, and it is beyond frustrating.

I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized charges. Repeatedly deducting money from my account without my consent is a serious violation of personal data security. Canva must stop these recurring charges and ensure that users who cancel their subscriptions are not unfairly billed. I expect a resolution and refund as soon as possible.
