I Face Repeated Charges for a Canceled Canva Pro Subscription

Even though I had already canceled my Canva Pro subscription, my credit card was charged four times — on July 4, August 4, September 4, and October 4. As soon as I noticed these charges, I canceled my subscription again and contacted Canva’s support team. However, I was only refunded for two months — September and October — while the July and August charges remain unresolved.
I had encountered a similar issue back in May and received a refund at that time. It’s frustrating that, even though my account clearly showed the subscription as canceled, payments continued to be taken automatically. In the support team’s reply, they mentioned that refunds are generally not issued, but I believe it’s unfair to charge a user for a subscription that was already canceled.
My account is registered under the email address s*******@icloud.com**. I request that the charges for July and August also be refunded as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue my legal rights and file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
