I canceled my Canva subscription, yet they still charged my account. When I checked again, I saw that my plan had been reactivated without my consent. I have no idea if this is an issue on my end or a problem with Canva, but the fact remains—I already canceled my plan.

I haven’t used the service for two weeks, so there was no reason for the subscription to remain active. I expect a full refund immediately, as I did not authorize this charge.

Canva, you need to fix this issue and ensure canceled subscriptions remain canceled. I demand a refund and confirmation that my plan is truly deactivated!
