Canva Charged Me 25₺ for a Free Trial – How Do I Stop Future Payments?

I signed up for a 1-month free trial on Canva, but I was still charged 25₺ from my account. What if they had taken even more? This feels completely misleading!

I have now removed my saved card from the platform, but how can I be sure that Canva won’t charge me again next month? There is no billing information in my account—no record of a subscription, no invoice, nothing. It’s as if this charge just appeared out of nowhere.

I expect a clear explanation and a full refund. Canva, you need to ensure that users are not charged for a supposedly free trial. I demand an immediate resolution and confirmation that no further payments will be taken!
