Canva Billed Me $21 Even Though I Only Bought a One-Month Plan

I purchased a one-month Canva Pro subscription. After sending a piece of content I created to a friend, I was added to a shared plan without my knowledge or consent. I was not informed about this and no approval was requested. In June, I was charged $6; in August, $1 and $6; in September, $3 and $6; and in October, $6 and $0, for a total of six charges adding up to $21. There was no charge in July, but in some months, two payments were taken.
All payments were made through my Ziraat Bank account, and I have the receipts. Since I thought I had canceled my account, I never used the service. I disconnected Google Play and deleted one of the accounts that had been added to the shared plan, but charges continued on the remaining accounts. When I tried to reach Canva by email, they said the payments were taken through Google Play and did not help me, and afterward I received no response. There is no phone number to contact either, and support has been unhelpful.
I request a full refund for all payments made without my consent.
